Yes, you will absolutely understand the results.
The goal of the Peace of Mind Check is to give you clarity, not overwhelm you with technical language.
Your report uses a simple traffic light system across five key areas of your website:
Green – Everything looks good
Amber – Some attention recommended
Red – Action needed to prevent problems
Along with the written summary, you will also receive a short personalised video walkthrough where I explain what I found and what it means for your website.
This way you can clearly see what is working well and what may need attention, without needing to interpret technical reports.
Will anything be changed on my website during the review?
No changes are made to your website during the Peace of Mind Check.
This review is designed to assess the health of your website, not to modify it.
I review key areas such as updates, plugin compatibility, security configuration, and backups to identify potential issues or risks. If anything needs attention, it will be explained in your report and video summary.
You can then decide how you would like to address those items.
Some clients prefer to handle small updates themselves, while others choose to move into one of my WebCare Plans so everything is monitored and maintained for them going forward.
If the review finds problems, am I required to sign up for a WebCare plan?
The purpose of the Peace of Mind Check is simply to give you a clear picture of the current health of your website.
Sometimes everything looks good and you gain reassurance that your site is running well.
Other times the review highlights areas that should be addressed before they become bigger problems.
If your site would benefit from ongoing monitoring and maintenance, we can discuss whether one of my WebCare Plans would be a good fit for you. But that decision is entirely up to you.
