Vera and I have worked on several projects within my business over the last couple of years. I could not recommend Vera highly enough for anyone or business looking to improve their: Business Processes, Business Process modelling using BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation), Process Documentation and Business Process Improvements.

In particular, Vera has supported and helped our business write the Processes for our Sales Teams, Marketing and the Reporting of those processes, and most recently we have just completed mapping out our full and comprehensive Digital Marketing Processes and Stakeholder Management Plan.

So what does this mean… This now means I/we have visibility over these processes and reporting of these process within our business including clarity around the Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the multitude of tasks required to function efficiently and effectively. And for me these clearly defined processes has allowed me to be removed from many processes and effectively remove the ‘bottleneck’ within those processes…that bottleneck being me. With these clear ‘how, what and when to’ processes I have been able to leverage myself out of many of the day to day ‘Do – Do’ tasks because my team can work with improved autonomy.

Vera’s positive, personable can do attitude has made our working relationship great and she is extremely skilled in the areas mentioned above. This was such a large project with many moving parts and Vera made it all run smoothly. Not only would I recommend Vera we look forward to working together in the near future.
